Professor Maria Antonietta Ricci (female) is Full Professor at Università Roma Tre since 2002.
Her scientific activity is devoted to the study of static and dynamic properties of fluids and disordered solids, and in particular of water and its solutions at extreme conditions of temperature and pressure, or under confinement. These studies are mainly performed by means of neutron and Raman spectroscopy, with the support of computational techniques, such as Molecular Dynamics or Monte Carlo. Her role in QCUMbER is to develop an efficient interface between quantum light and soft matter, in particular for applications of quantum metrology.
